Refunds will not be made in cash. Other refunds will be issued according to the original payment. If we cannot provide items reserved by the renter, the renter will receive a full refund of the fees paid.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Orders that are cancelled with less than a week notice
- Upon day of arrival
- Only exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 24 hours
- Inclement weather of any kind
- Early departure
- Unused linens or unused equipment
- Discovery that rental property includes the items that were rented
Order cancellations must be made over the phone or by email during standard hours of operation. Renters cannot cancel a reservation by leaving a message during non-business hours.
A $30 cancellation fee will be incurred on all cancelled orders and will be deducted from the refund with one week notice or more.
