DELIVERIES
Sunsational Rentals is solely a delivery/pickup/warehouse operation without a storefront, servicing the entire 26 mile span of Topsail Island. All items are delivered to the carport/exterior of your rental unit by 6:00 p.m. on check-in day and you do not need to be present for delivery or pick up. Your patience is appreciated during our busy season when weekends and holidays are our busiest times. Occasionally an unforeseen circumstance may cause deliveries to occur after 6:00 p.m. and we do NOT offer refunds for such. You may call our office after 6:00 p.m. if your order has not arrived to check on the delivery status.  Please inspect your order and call us if there are any discrepancies to report.  During inclement weather your items may be “hiding” in a secure spot, please survey the property before calling to report a missing order. Verify your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address provided by the renter. A $30 fee will be incurred to cover additional fuel and labor costs to return to property and redeliver rental order.

Linens are prepared and packaged in weather-resistant plastic totes with secured lids. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before being approved for delivery. We exercise precaution in keeping our rental items in good condition. All beach gear must be removed from the beach each night and stored in a secure place.  This policy is in place to protect our equipment, prevent theft, and to comply with local government agencies.

Rental gear and linens should be available for pick up by 9:00 a.m. on your check-out day.  All beach gear must be cleaned properly the night before pickup, free of sand, and in the condition it was delivered. All units have a water hose available on the beach walkways or under carports for your convenience. Grills should be cleaned, free of ashes, and grilling tools placed inside grill. Linens should be placed back in the totes, kindly separating the wet bath linens from the other dry linens.  Place the entire rental order back in the same delivery location in plain view for pickup.  DO NOT place pillows, mattress pads, comforters, or other items belonging to the rental unit in the totes.  A $30 fee will be incurred to cover additional fuel and labor costs to return items to the rental unit.

During the summer please understand that on weekends, we must pick up all beach gear from the previous week, clean and redeliver in a very short time frame.  Your cooperation with our timeline is appreciated.

REPLACEMENTS
If an item has been received and it is either damaged or faulty, please call our office during regular business hours and the following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement:  A replacement will be delivered, subject to availability.

2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be issued for the full rental amount. If item fails during a later time in rental period, a prorated credit will be extended.

3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited).

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Exchanges will not be permitted.
