Deliveries

We are happy to offer free delivery on all orders! Topsail Sunsational Rentals operates only by delivery after an order is placed through our website or by phone. Customers do not have to be present for the order to be delivered. Once we have confirmation of the order our team will deliver the rental equipment to the property and will place it either beside the entry door or under a covered area, depending on the weather.

We aim to deliver all orders before check-in time, however patience is appreciated during the peak season so that everyone can receive their orders by 6:00 p.m. on the day of their arrival. Saturday and Sunday delivery orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Friday to process. Weekday deliveries require 24 hour notice. During inclement weather our team will deliver the rental equipment in a secure location around the property, generally underneath the unit in a carport area. We ask that customers survey the property for their order before reporting it as missing.

Linens are wrapped in airtight bags and packaged in weather-resistant plastic totes with secured lids before being sent out for delivery. All of our rental equipment is cleaned and inspected before being approved for delivery. In light of keeping our rental items in good condition, we ask that all beach gear is removed from the beach every night and secured in a safe place around the property. This policy is to protect our equipment from theft, corrosion, to comply with local government agencies, and to prevent any discomfort from our current and future customers.

Upon departure, please leave all beach equipment clean and either outside the entry door or underneath the unit in a covered area by 9:00 a.m. Please place all used linens back inside the totes that they were delivered in and leave them outside the property with the equipment. It is important that orders are not left inside the property to ensure a smooth pickup procedure for you and our delivery team. We ask that our customers only return the rented linens and do not return any pillows, mattress pads, blankets, comforters or other items belonging to the property.

 

Replacements

We thoroughly inspect all equipment before approving it for delivery, but we also ask that our customers inspect their rented equipment upon arrival as well. If an item has been received and it is either damaged or faulty, please call our office immediately and we will take necessary action to correct your order by either sending a replacement if available, or refunding the malfunctioned equipment. 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are assessed based on availability and purpose for exchange, such as replaced equipment that keeps damaging or items causing discomfort.
